Video: 'The Beatles - Your Mother Should Know (Anthology 2 [Disc 2])'
(Saturday, September 16, 1967, 7:00 p.m.-3:45 a.m. BST) — Back in the studio tonight after the first week of shooting their new film Magical Mystery Tour, The Beatles recorded a remake of “Your Mother Should Know”, performing eleven new takes of the song at EMI Studio 3 in London.
The Beatles, however, would ultimately reject tonight’s takes and use the recording from Aug. 22-23, 1967.
