(Sunday, September 13, 1998, 7:00-11:00 p.m. EDT) — Frasier dominated the 50th Primetime Emmy Awards tonight, winning three awards, including Outstanding Comedy Series (the fifth of five consecutive awards in this category).

The Practice also won three awards, including Outstanding Drama Series.

Ceremonies were held at Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles.
