(Saturday, September 19, 1998, evening) — Antz, an American computer-animated adventure comedy film about neurotic ant who tries to break from his totalitarian society while trying to win the affection of the princess he loves, premiered today at the Toronto International Film Festival.

Directed by Eric Darnell and Tim Johnson, the film starred Woody Allen, Dan Aykroyd, Anne Bancroft, Jane Curtin, Danny Glover, Gene Hackman, Jennifer Lopez, John Mahoney, Paul Mazursky, Grant Shaud, Sylvester Stallone, Sharon Stone and Christopher Walken.
