(Tuesday, July 29, 1969, 2:30 p.m.-10:45 p.m. British Summer Time; during sessions for Abbey Road) — The Beatles today completed John Lennon’s “Sun King”/“Mean Mr. Mustard” at EMI Studio 3 in London, overdubbing vocals, piano, organ and percussion.
