“3 Legs” and “Eat At Home” were the first two songs taped during the sessions that actually made it on Ram when it was released May 17, 1971. Overdubs were added and both songs were mixed in subsequent sessions in March-April 1971.
The basic tracks for the Ram album, officially credited to Paul and Linda McCartney (McCartney’s wife), were taped through Nov. 20, 1970, with overdubs and mixing completed by May 1971.
