(Saturday, March 28, 1981) — “Watching the Wheels,” by former Beatle John Lennon debuted at #77 on today’s Billboard Hot 100 singles chart.

It was the third and final single released from Lennon and Ono’s album Double Fantasy and the second single issued after Lennon’s murder by a deranged fan on Dec. 8, 1980, in New York City.
