(Monday, September 6, 1971) — Former Beatle John Lennon and his wife, Yoko Ono, continued shooting their 1972 Imagine film today at the St. Regis Hotel in New York City, inviting celebrities, including ex-Beatle bandmate George Harrison, to their hotel suite and film them entering the room with Yoko.

Other celebrities who were filmed included legendary Hollywood dancer Fred Astaire (on Sept. 2, 1971), American actor Jack Palance and the American chat show host Dick Cavett, who all just happen to be staying in the hotel.
