(Monday, June 6, 1983, guests required to be seated by 7:45 p.m. British Summer Time) — A fake Fabergé egg and a fellow agent’s death leads James Bond to uncover an international jewel smuggling operation in Octopussy, the thirteenth in the James Bond spy film series produced by Eon Productions, which premiered tonight at London’s Odeon Leicester Square with Prince Charles and Diana, Princess of Wales in attendance.
