(Thursday, May 26, 1966, 7:00 p.m.-1:00 a.m. BST) — The English rock band The Beatles continued production of their seventh studio album Revolver this evening at EMI Studio 3 in London recording the backing track of John Lennon-Paul McCartney’s “Yellow Submarine” along with Ringo Starr’s lead and backing vocals.
