Video: 'The Prince's Trust Rock Gala 1986 (FULL SHOW)'

(Friday, June 20, 1986, scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m. BST) — At the Prince’s Trust 10th Birthday Party Concert tonight at the Wembley Arena in London, in front of Prince Charles and the Princess of Wales, former Beatle Paul McCartney performed three songs, backed by an all-star line-up that included Phil Collins, Mark King (of Level 42), John Illsley and Mark Knopfler (Dire Straits), Ray Cooper, Howard Jones, Elton John, Eric Clapton, Midge Ure, Bryan Adams and Tina Turner.

McCartney closed the show with a rousing version of “Get Back,” as well as performing “Long Tall Sally” and “I Saw Her Standing There.”
