Created by Hal Kanter, the sitcom was about a widowed single mother who is a nurse in a doctor’s office at a large aerospace company.
It starred Diahann Carroll, the first black actress to be billed as the star of a TV series, Lloyd Nolan, Marc Copage, Michael Link, Betty Beaird and Lurene Tuttle.
